Stepping Out of the Woods and Into the City:
Last week, I had the chance to switch things up and capture a beautiful family session in the heart of downtown Waco! Normally, my sessions are surrounded by the soft glow of nature—open fields, tall grasses, and the warm embrace of trees. But stepping into the urban backdrop brought a whole new energy and vibe. From the textured walls of historic buildings to the unique street art and cozy city corners (and not to mention CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!), downtown Waco provided the perfect mix of charm and character.
This family brought so much love and FUN, and the city’s vibrant setting complemented their dynamic personalities so well. It was a reminder that family photography doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all—it’s about celebrating each family’s uniqueness in any environment.
