Do you edit all your images?

A.Yes! Every image has been individually selected & edited in order to produce the best results.

How long does it take to receive my digital images?

A.Digital images will be delivered electronically within 3-6 weeks post-session.

What if I have a different preference in photography style?

A.Totally understandable! Everyone has a style they prefer for their images. However, my style is a direct reflection of my art which is hopefully why you selected me as your photographer in the first place.

How should I dress for my session?

A.I send all my clients a 'Welcome Guide' which includes helpful resources on what to wear for their session PLUS, I schedule a Zoom Call to discuss options (if needed).
As a general rule of thumb, I recommend wearing like tones that compliment the season & location. Try to stay away from large logos, t-shirt wording, and distracting patterns.

How do you select a location?

A.Most clients let me know which images/vibes they are drawn to, which gives me an idea of the location. However, if the client has a strong desire for a specific location, I’m open to consideration based on logistics such as travel, timing, etc. Just let me know!

What is your booking policy?

A.At the time of booking, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your date & time. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored & are subject to cancellation.
The remaining balance will be due 1-week post-session, BEFORE receiving selected digital images.

What is your cancellation policy?

A.Any client who does not cancel within 48 hours of session will forfeit the 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and it will serve as a cancellation fee.
Any client who cancels in-advance of the 48 hours will be credited the deposit towards a future session.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if client fails to attend the activity on the day & time listed, when the booking was made.
No refunds will be given due to “not liking a photo”, session, style of edits, and/or any other reason.

Do you provide any prints with your packages?

A.Yes! All my packages have options to add 'Heirloom Products' for an additional cost. These Heirloom Products include a beautiful Premium Linen Hardcover Album, Ready-to-go Premium FRAMED Prints, and Premium Quality Prints.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A.Your session fee & deposit can be made in the form of cash, debit/credit card or PayPal.
