Boho Dreamin'
I had the BEST maternity session this past month!! Seriously, you guys!!! I was fortunate enough to have a client that was open to doing something a little different, trendy, and just... FUN! I'm slowly starting to build a client closet and this beautiful burnt orange dress was one of my first purchases for that closet. I knew I wanted someone that could absolutely KILL this look - and she absolutely did! Everything about her was PERFECT and the way the dress pops amongst the green is hands-down breathtaking.
Originally, we created a very forest-esk look with a bright pop of color.. Then moved onto a location (about 1 mile away) that was very different than our original. It had red rocks, tall grass, etc.. very beautiful!
And my client was open to doing something a little edgier and having a basic jean-look and a bralette with a pop of color. It was so basic and different from anything I've seen but yet still so beautiful. There was something so natural about it - I knew I wanted the dress look to be more classic & elegant while the jean look would be more editorial. I can't express enough how much I LOVED the way this session turned out. I'm grateful to my clients that trust in my vision - and please note that I don't recommend this to everyone. When I meet my clients and get a feel for them, I then express how I see their session going and they can try or they might have their own plans (which is totally great too!)... But I ABSOLUTELY love these images!! Y'all - she KILLED it!
